Job Summary Chef is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality pizzas according to the restaurant's recipes and standards. The role involves dough preparation, topping selection, oven operation, and maintaining food safety and kitchen cleanliness. Chef works closely with the kitchen team to ensure fast service, consistency, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Prepare pizza dough following restaurant recipes to ensure consistent texture and quality Select and arrange toppings accurately to meet menu standards and customer expectations Operate the Josper oven safely and efficiently to cook pizzas to the correct temperature and doneness Maintain food safety by following hygiene protocols during pizza preparation and kitchen operations Clean and organize the kitchen workspace regularly to uphold cleanliness and safety standards Collaborate with kitchen team members to coordinate pizza orders and ensure timely service Monitor pizza quality and presentation before serving to maintain customer satisfaction and brand standards
