CHEMICAL ENGINEERS
Key Responsibilities: Support production workshops in analyzing and resolving technical and chemical issues Proposing technical and ergonomic improvements to processes Commissioning new equipment Creating P&IDs and updating them Managing projects related to process optimization (specifications, budget, cost tracking) Ensuring the planning, organization, coordination, and execution of technical projects Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Create and update job descriptions Develop and optimize work procedures while ensuring compliance with documentation and manufacturing methods Participate in departmental risk assessments in support of the safety manager Actively participate in the inventory of areas within the scope of the position Implement and coordinate action plans. Requirements: Bachelor or Masters Degree in Chemistry, or equivalent qualification 5 years of proven experience in a similar role within the chemical industry Strong communication skills. Analytical mindset,ability to synthesize information, and proactivity. Knowledge of precious metals and refining processes is a plus Proficiency in computer tools (Office, SAP) The position requires a strong sense of responsibility, versatility, and the ability to work well under pressure.
