Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding processes . Coordinate foreign workforce administration, including work pass matters, quota tracking, and accommodation arrangements . Serve as a key point of contact for employee queries and day-to-day HR support matters . Support payroll preparation, staff benefits administration, and insurance coordination . Maintain accurate HR records, policies, SOPs, and organizational documentation . Participate in HR improvement initiatives, projects, and other administrative duties as assigned Requirements . Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline . Comfortable working in an office-based environment . Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders professionally .
