Role Overview: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant / Storekeeper to support daily warehouse and logistics operations involving technical equipment, marine gear, and spare parts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting deployment activities, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts, tools, and equipment. Maintain accurate inventory records using the warehouse management system. Conduct routine stock checks, cycle counts, and assist with inventory audits. Ensure proper labelling, organization, and tracking of inventory items. Logistics Support Prepare, pack, and stage equipment for deployment to vessels and field operations. Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. Assist with safe loading and unloading of shipments and deliveries. Support documentation and tracking of outgoing and incoming goods. Equipment Handling Ensure proper storage and handling of sensitive robotics components, technical equipment, and marine gear. Follow established handling procedures for heavy machinery and specialized tools. Support engineers and operational teams by issuing required parts and equipment promptly. Safety &Compliance Adhere to workplace safety procedures and environmental regulations. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness. Report inventory discrepancies, damaged items, or safety hazards promptly. Ensure safe use and handling of warehouse equipment and tools. Requirements Minimum vocational certificate or equivalent qualification (Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or related fields preferred). 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
