Key Responsibilities Prepare, pack, and organize items accurately for shipment and delivery Assist with delivery preparation, dispatch coordination, and logistics support Ensure all orders are packed securely, correctly labeled, and ready for timely dispatch Perform quality checks to maintain packing accuracy and minimize errors Load, unload, and move goods safely within the warehouse or packing area Support peak operation periods with efficient packing and dispatch handling Coordinate closely with team members to ensure smooth daily workflow Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the work area Follow company procedures for inventory handling, packing standards, and logistics processes Requirements Detail-oriented with strong focus on packing accuracy and quality control Able to carry and move loads when required Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Previous experience in packing, warehouse, logistics, or delivery support is an advantage
