About This Job As a Food Production Assistant at Annie's All Natural, you'll play a key role in producing our yoghurts and cultured creams from start to finish. You'll support production, packaging, and quality control while keeping the workspace clean, organized, and efficient. You will quickly become a key part of how we run each day. Because our team is small and our production runs on a tight schedule, the best people for this job are those who enjoy being dependable and take pride in being someone the team can count on. If you live outside Singapore, please make sure you have a reliable way to get to Mandai daily before applying. While we champion work-life balance, this role requires flexibility for operational needs, including the willingness to work occasional scheduled shifts on public holidays and overtime, when needed. What You Will Do Production & Operations . Operate manual and automated equipment for product manufacturing and cleaning cycles. . Help prepare ingredients and mix products following set recipes and SOPs . Check and receive deliveries of ingredients and packaging materials . Assist in production and packaging goods Cleaning and Food Safety . Clean and sanitise equipment, machines, and surfaces every day -- this is a big part of the job . Keep the production area, storage, and common spaces tidy and organised . Follow all hygiene and food safety protocols at all times . Assist with deeper cleaning tasks and maintenance on a weekly or monthly schedule Record Keeping . Follow task lists, complete daily checklists, and keep accurate record-keeping for production logs and documentation . Maintain the highest standards of food safety and sanitation in the production area daily. Being a Good Team Member . Participate in weekly team check-ins and work together with the rest of the team . Speak up if you need help or notice something that isn't right . Help out with other tasks when needed and anticipate team needs- be a proactive team player What We're Looking For You Must: . Be able to do physical work, standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 25kg, moving around a busy space . Prior experience in food production, professional kitchens, or manufacturing is preferred. Or strong willingness to learn. . Have a reliable way to travel to Mandai, Singapore daily . Already have or be willing to get a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate when you start . Willingness to work the required 5 day/6 day alternating schedule
