Recognize sale opportunities and be able to capitalize on upselling/ cross-presentation of items or services at the point of service. Contributes to achieving store goals in sales and service Participate on managing deliveries (unpacking, preparing, re-shelving or storing stock) Explaining the value and benefit of the Brand Membership to customers Engages customers in conversation and establish a connection to understand their needs Deliver premium retail experience by offering excellent after sales service/follow up Cultivate customer relationships to stimulate word of mouth and grow client database Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Store in Charge / Store Manager Job Requirements: 1+ year of retail experience
