Production Supervisor, Singapore

Basicinformation: Monday - Friday, 7:45am - 5:30pm Basic UP $4,200 Location: North Job scope: KeyResponsibilities Plan, organize, and supervise daily productionactivities to meet production targets, quality requirements, and deliveryschedules. Coordinate and manage production supervisors,operators, and staff to maintain smooth workflow and productivity. Ensure all operations comply with companyprocedures, work instructions, and ISO 9001 quality standards. Monitor production performance, identifyoperational issues, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency. Optimize the use of manpower, machinery, andmaterials to maximize output. Maintain workplace safety, proper housekeeping,and correct equipment usage. Collaborate with internal departments such asQuality, Engineering, Warehouse, and Customer Service to support smoothoperations and order fulfillment. Liaise with overseas counterparts when requiredto support production needs. Provide guidance and training to staff toimprove skills, productivity, and work quality. Leadership& Team Management Lead and supervise production teams whilepromoting teamwork and accountability.
