Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, confirmation, and exit processes . Support manpower administration matters such as work pass applications, employee accommodation arrangements, and compliance documentation . Partner closely with employees and stakeholders to address HR-related queries and ensure smooth daily operations . Assist in payroll preparation, employee benefits administration, and insurance matters . Maintain accurate HR records, organizational charts, policies, and SOP documentation . Contribute to HR improvement initiatives, engagement activities, and other assigned projects Requirements . Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline . Comfortable working in a fully office-based environment on a 5-day work week . Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work well across teams .
