About the Role: We are seeking a Front-Office Production Support / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of front-office trading platforms. You will work closely with traders, quants, and developers to resolve issues quickly and enable seamless trading operations in a high-pressure, real-time environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide production support for front-office trading applications within Fixed Income and Commodities. Troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve production incidents with minimal downtime. Collaborate with traders, quants, and development teams to understand business impact and implement fixes. Monitor application performance, alerts, and system health perform proactive risk mitigation. Automate operational tasks, incident response workflows, and standard operating procedures. Requirements: 8+ years' experience in front-office production support, trading technology, or SRE roles. Strong understanding of trading workflows and market data feeds. Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix systems, networking, and databases. Proficiency in monitoring, alerting, and logging tools (Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana). Scripting/automation skills (Python, Bash, or similar). Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively with traders and tech teams.
