Company Overview: Our client is a Singapore-based leader in sustainable agricultural technology, dedicated to addressing food security challenges in the FMCG industry.
About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on
HR & Accounts Manager to support our Singapore operations. The ideal candidate will oversee HR and part of Finance functions, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Support recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and interviews. Manage payroll and employee benefits administration in compliance with local regulations. Provide HR advisory and handle employee relations and performance management. Ensure HR compliance and manage government-related matters (e.g., work passes). Lead finance team in accounting, reporting, budgeting, and taxation matters. Coordinate with the regional office for finance and accounting activities.
Requirements: Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR and finance, preferably in FMCG, retail, or food services. Proficient in Microsoft Office & strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good knowledge of Singapore labor laws and financial regulations.
