Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore for a Sales Business Development Executive/Manager. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with clients, and promoting AI-powered intelligent office solutions. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, presenting to potential clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to client needs. The role requires a strong understanding of Kuailu's products and market trends to strategically drive revenue growth.
Qualifications Business Development and Sales skills, including identifying leads, building client relationships, and closing deals Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and influence stakeholders Understanding of intelligent office systems, AI-driven platforms, and enterprise-level software solutions Project and account management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and workflows Analytical skills to identify market trends and craft strategic sales approaches Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing demands Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus Proven track record in sales or business development roles, preferably in technology or enterprise software (Saas)
