Financial Oversight Monitor project budgets and actual costs, ensuring alignment with forecasts.
Produce clear monthly project reports with insights on variances, trends, and financial risks.
Analyze project cost structures and suggest opportunities for savings or efficiency improvements.
Pre-Contract & Commercial Support Collaborate with proposal and bidding teams to review costings and assumptions.
Assess commercial terms and contracts from a financial perspective before submission.
Project Execution & Control Oversee daily project financial operations, including invoice verification, delivery documentation, and timely billing.
Manage working capital through effective debt collection and billing schedules.
Coordinate commercial instruments such as insurance policies, performance bonds.
Forecasting & Reporting Lead month-end project closings, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and cost accruals.
Develop realistic financial forecasts for revenue, margins, and cash flow.
Stakeholder Engagement & Compliance Act as a financial advisor to project teams, providing actionable insights for operational decisions.
Ensure compliance with internal processes, project documentation standards, and delegated authority guidelines.
Support logistics and commercial requirements, including shipment documentation and L/C compliance where needed.
Requirements: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
More than 5 years in project finance, accounting, or commercial control in project-based industries (engineering, manufacturing, construction, or technical services).
Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central (Navision) is a plus.
