Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through digital mediums such as email, chat, and social media platforms. Sales Generation & Follow-Up:
Support sales initiatives by following up on trial bookings, encouraging renewals, and achieving sales targets. Requirements: Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a service-oriented or educational environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle customer interactions empathetically and efficiently. Organizational skills to manage bookings, schedules, and centre operations effectively. Proficiency in digital communication tools and CRM systems.
