Handle end-to-end policy servicing and transactions via phone and email within service standards Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely support Process policy transactions, refunds, and receipting activities Support credit control for commercial insurance policies Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all pre-sales and after-sales service activities Track and prepare monthly management reports and statements of accounts Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in daily operations Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g. Underwriters, Claims, Finance, IT, Banks, and intermediaries) Support process improvements and service enhancements to improve efficiency and customer experience Assist in system testing and implementation of business requirements when needed Work towards individual and team KPIs Perform any other duties as assigned
