Checkout.com are actively looking for a part or newly qualified enthusiastic and talented Senior Analyst to join our Financial Control team in Singapore. This hands-on role reporting to the Director of Financial Control (APAC) is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding global company. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with excellent communication skills and can work to strict deadlines.
What you'll be doing:
Ownership of a number of Legal entities management/financial reporting to ensure ledgers are complete and accurate and that reporting deadlines are adhered to. Month end close, balance sheet reconciliation, preparation of revenue analysis Assistance in the preparation and review of VAT returns Assisting in the global and local statutory audit process Support AP function in the posting of and reconciliation of transactions along with payments Ad-hoc project & analysis work
About You:
Bachelor Degree in Economics, Accounting or equivalent with a strong academic record Newly Qualified (CA/CPA/ACCA) with experience in FinTech or Financial Services or from practice Highly numerate, with strong analytical skills and ability to work through problems logically Excellent knowledge of Excel Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Highly motivated and able to work towards tight deadlines on multiple projects in a fast paced work environment
