Job Description :
The role is responsible for supporting the development of a positive, fair, and compliant workplace environment by assisting in the management of employee relations matters and ensuring adherence to company policies and employment regulations. The incumbent works closely with People & Culture colleagues, employees, and managers to address workplace concerns, promote effective communication, and support the consistent application of people policies and practices.
Key Responsibilities Primary point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, grievances, and complaints. Support the investigation and resolution of employee complaints, misconduct allegations, and policy violations. Document and maintain detailed records of employee relations cases and disciplinary actions. Coordinate with and assist Internal Audit in employee-related investigations. Maintain accurate records of compliance activities - incident/investigation documentations, reports, training etc. Optimizing HR processes and workflows which involves streamlining and improving the efficiency of case management. Use data insights to recommend proactive measures and process improvements
The ideal candidate should have/be: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. IHRP certification. 1-3 years of relevant HR or Employee Relations experience. Knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies, and employee relations practices. Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Good analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and recommend improvements. Detail-oriented with strong documentation and record-keeping capabilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications experience with HR systems or case management tools is a plus. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
