As an SAP Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements; recommend effective solutions and alternatives. Support application analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance in an enterprise environment. Provide end-user and Level 2/3 application support, including incident resolution, system monitoring, and on-call coverage. Ensure system stability, integration, security, and compliance with quality and change control procedures. Lead or support application and technology projects, including UAT, user training, and stakeholder coordination. Create and maintain required documentation, test cases, and operational materials. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to manage priorities, communicate trade-offs, and align solutions. Participate in audits, security assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives. Demonstrate familiarity with cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and industry best practices.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 is required. Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors modules including Recruiting, Performance & Goals, and Employee Central is preferred. Experience with SAP ECC HCM (OM/PA), hybrid on-premise and cloud environments, and LMS is an advantage.
