Job Summary Manage full-cycle accounting functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and administrative support to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. Responsibilities Enter incoming receipts and supplier invoices into SAP for accurate financial tracking Maintain organized data entry and filing systems for financial documentation Prepare payment summary lists and execute supplier payments via online banking and invoice financing to ensure timely settlements Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents to complete statutory audits and tax submissions accurately and on time Manage general administrative duties including booking air tickets, replenishing office supplies, and supporting back-end office functions to ensure operational efficiency Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support business needs Required competencies and certifications Diploma in Accountancy or relevant field Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience Preferred competencies and qualifications Proficiency in SAP accounting system to enhance financial processing efficiency Advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting Experience in invoice financing submission to banks to support payment processes Demonstrated proactive work attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
