One critical hire includes the appointment of a talented Payroll Specialist who is eager to grow, stretch, and evolve their career into broader Compensation & Benefits (C&B) responsibilities. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of endtoend payroll operations for Singapore, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience. You will manage monthly payroll cycles, statutory submissions, audits, reporting, and vendor relationships while driving continuous process improvements. As part of a progressive HR function invested in developing future rewards talent, you will also have the chance to lead on projects related to annual salary reviews, benefits administration, benchmarking, and policy enhancements as part of a regional and global team.
