Job Summary Lead and manage youth-centric events and partnerships with schools, communities, and companies to achieve organizational goals. Oversee event planning, marketing, logistics, and technical setups for virtual and onsite activities. Responsibilities Prospect and establish partnerships with Secondary Schools, Tertiary Institutions, community groups, and companies to support youth initiatives Plan and market activities and events targeting sponsors, schools, youth communities, and companies Conceptualize and design youth-centric events that align with organizational objectives Develop and execute event publicity campaigns using social media and below-the-line collateral materials Plan and manage virtual and onsite events including performances, exhibitions, and conferences Project manage all event phases by developing schedules, coordinating logistics, resources, and manpower Lead and coordinate all event-related activities from project initiation through launch, implementation, and wrap-up Create and execute promotional collaterals for events Source, acquire, and transport necessary equipment, props, backdrops, and sets for events Facilitate onsite logistics including setup, usage, and teardown of equipment and event materials Set up and troubleshoot technical requirements such as sound systems, lighting, and online conference platforms Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery Required competencies and certifications Diploma in a relevant field Preferred competencies and qualifications Familiarity with youth culture, mental wellbeing and interests such as Kpop, gaming, and cosplay Knowledge and experience in marketing events and securing sponsorships Experience soliciting partnerships with Secondary Schools, Tertiary Institutions, youth organizations, and companies Experience managing virtual and onsite events, performances, and conferences Knowledge and experience in setting up and troubleshooting technical equipment including sound systems, lights, audio-visual, video, and projection equipment Proficiency with social media, online communication tools, and IT possession of own laptop and mobile phone Familiarity with project management software Proven track record in managing successful commercial events Ability to forecast project requirements, identify obstacles, mitigate risks proactively, and escalate issues early Strong project management and multitasking skills with attention to detail Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills Ability to transport equipment and props to event sites Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player Availability to work weekday evenings and weekends
