Roles & Responsibilities Job Summary Ensure the fund management company operates in compliance with MAS regulations, fund-specific guidelines, and internal policies while supporting client onboarding and operational excellence. Responsibilities Ensure compliance of fund management operations with MAS regulations, fund-specific guidelines, and internal policies to mitigate regulatory risks Monitor and review fund operations, investment activities, and reporting procedures to maintain regulatory adherence and operational integrity Support relationship managers by facilitating client onboarding, managing accounts, and delivering investor servicing to enhance client satisfaction Liaise with regulators on regulatory requirements and compliance filing Manage and update the firm's compliance policies and framework Work with other teams on KYC/AML review on investors, CRS/FATCA filing Keep track of new regulatory development and provide updates to the firm Identify any potential compliance issues and provide solutions to the business Update and advise the management on compliance issue and ensure the firm is in line with the regulatory standard and requirements Provide compliance training and updates to the firm's employees Participate in compliance projects, internal audit, when necessary
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and ensure timely, clear communication with clients to support relationship management Execute ad-hoc administrative tasks efficiently to enhance overall team productivity and operational support Preferred competencies and qualifications 5 years of manager-level experience in a fund management company in Singapore (preferred, not a must) At least three years of Compliance experience in Fund / Asset Management industry Bachelor's degree or other tertiary qualification, preferably with a relevant compliance certification. Strong understanding of regulatory framework Good communication and presentation skills Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
