Crewing Admin Officer, Singapore

Key Responsibilities Support the Crewing Department in daily administrative and coordination tasks. Processing Flag state endorsements for officers before they join, ensuring compliance with regulations. Update and process sign-on and sign-off crew applications using the DigitalPort@SG portal. Provide support in coordination of crew changes, booking flights, arranging hotel accommodations, and assisting with visa/immigration applications. Assist in verifying crew benefits, leave pay, bonuses, and allowances, ensuring all crew are fairly compensated. Updating sea-staff experience matrices, maintaining personnel files, and managing office correspondence. Checking of various invoices and resolve discrepancies with relevant parties. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements Diploma in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline. Minimum 2 year of administrative experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Possess positive work attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills Meticulous and attention to details
