A Southeast Asia-focused engineering services firm headquartered in Singapore is seeking a strategic and driven professional to join its CEO Office. This high-impact role is ideal for someone with consulting experience who is ready to transition into a hands-on operating environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and leadership team, acting as a strategic advisor and project lead, translating strategy into execution, driving cross-functional collaboration, and laying the foundation for long-term organizational success.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior management to shape and track strategic priorities; prepare insights and materials for leadership and investors. Lead or support transformation projects across operations, systems, and organizational design. Establish structured operating rhythms, KPIs, and review processes to foster a performance-driven culture. Support internal communications and alignment across regional teams during change initiatives. Modernize legacy practices by promoting a culture focused on data, accountability, and scalable operations.
Qualifications: At least 5-8 years of experience, ideally including consulting or strategic roles within operating companies. Background in project-based or industrial sectors (e.g., engineering, energy, infrastructure) is a plus. Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects and delivering results. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Experience working across Southeast Asia and familiarity with the regional business landscape is a strong advantage.
