Logistics Assistant Manager, Singapore

Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including transport, delivery scheduling, and site coordination Plan and manage fleet movements, drivers, and material flow across multiple project sites Ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and manpower to meet project timelines Coordinate closely with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors Monitor costs, optimise routes, and improve operational efficiency Handle documentation, compliance, and incident reporting Troubleshoot urgent operational issues on short notice Help lead and manage logistics team, including shift planning Must be prepared for rotating day/night shifts and 24/7 standby availability Must be able to communicate effectively with Indian and Bangladeshi workers Must have basic spoken language proficiency in Tamil Prior experience in construction logistics and strong problem-solving skills required
