Job Description:
Create, implement and execute the business development/growth strategy for the product category. Supervise and lead a team of Brand Key Account Managers, providing guidance and support to drive their performance. Developing online merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve sales targets. Retain and optimize key account relationships to drive overall sales volumes. Manage a team of Sales and Key Account Managers to help grow and manage your portfolio of brands. Carry out analysis & survey to better understand account/brand requirements and behavior Identify, establish and grow strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
Strong people management skills and experience in leading a team Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
