Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a leading global investment management firm to appoint an experienced Campus Recruiter to join their Singapore office. This is a key regional role within a highly regarded and performance‑driven organisation, supporting early‑career talent acquisition strategies across the APAC region in a regulated financial services environment.
This role will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end campus and early‑career recruitment across APAC, including internships, graduate programmes, and entry‑level analyst hiring. Working closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders, the Campus Recruiter will design and execute campus hiring strategies aligned to workforce planning, diversity objectives, and long‑term talent pipelining.
Acting as a trusted partner to the business, the Campus Recruiter will manage relationships with universities, student organisations, and external partners, while coordinating campus events, assessment centres, and interview processes. The role will also involve advising stakeholders on campus market trends, candidate engagement strategies, and programme best practices, while ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.
The Campus Recruiter will collaborate closely with regional and global Talent Acquisition and HR teams to support programme governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a hands‑on approach, strong organisational skills, and the ability to operate effectively across multiple countries, time zones, and academic calendars.
The successful candidate will have prior experience in campus or early‑career recruitment, ideally within investment management, banking, financial services, or other structured graduate hiring environments. Strong stakeholder management skills, event coordination experience, and a passion for early‑career talent development are essential.
