About Our Client
Our client is a leading global asset manager with a long-standing track record across multiple asset classes. The firm continues to invest heavily in digital capabilities, data, and research, reinforcing its commitment to delivering differentiated investment solutions and a high-quality client experience. As part of its ongoing investment in the wealth management business, the firm is strengthening its distribution team and is appointing a Director, Head of Intermediary, Wealth Management (Singapore) to drive strategic growth across the intermediary segment.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the strategy to grow the intermediary wealth management segment in Singapore. Lead business development across banks and wealth management channels. Identify and develop new distribution opportunities, partnerships, and scalable growth initiatives. Partner closely with product, investment, digital, and marketing teams to align solutions with intermediary needs. Leverage the firm's research and digital platforms to deepen distributor engagement and enhance value delivery. Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments impacting distribution strategy. Drive AUM and revenue growth through disciplined execution and clear performance metrics. Act as a senior representative of the firm with key intermediary partners and industry stakeholders.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in wealth management distribution, intermediary sales, or related roles. Strong understanding of the Singapore intermediary landscape, including banks and IFAs. Proven track record in building and scaling intermediary distribution businesses. Strategic, commercially minded, and execution-focused leadership style. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Bachelor's degree required; relevant professional qualifications preferred.
