Fitness Trainer, Singapore

Job Responsibilities Conduct familiarisation and orientation of physical training facilities and equipment. Ensure that only registered or authorized users are admitted into the gym. Report on machines/training equipment defect, facility issue and physical or potential hazards to gym POC. Perform CPR and AED procedures, as well as administer first aid in case of emergencies. Assist and ensure all gym users perform safe and proper usage of the exercise equipment and applications of exercise techniques. Demonstrate and familiarize gym users with the exercise equipment in the gym, especially users who are new to a gym environment. Implement, manage and enforce safe management measures and stipulated rules and regulations during training activities. Conduct TTT and SOC sessions when required.
Requirements Min. Nitec in Fitness Training or possess relevant fitness trainer certification. Possess a valid CPR/AED and Standard First-Aid certification preferred. Attain a Body Mass Index (BMI) of under 25, failing which, to achieve below 25% body fat using skinfold or impedance test. Completed Full-Time NS (if eligible). Passed IPPT (if eligible).
Full Time and Part Time positions are available.
