Job Description
Marketing Communications
Ideate, write, and produce engaging and effective marketing copy for campaigns, social media, and internal communications Support campaign planning and execution across digital and traditional channels Help coordinate marketing assets and timelines with internal stakeholders Monitor campaign performance and compile post-campaign reports
Visual Content Creation
Design simple, on-brand visuals using Canva for social media, email, and internal use Adapt existing templates and create new ones for recurring content formats Ensure visual consistency across all communications materials Source and organise image assets and maintain a design repository
Events
Contribute to the planning and on-site execution of events Work closely with external partners, agencies, and vendors for smooth implementation of the events
Team Support & Coordination
Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for marketing initiatives Support ad-hoc requests from the team, including research, presentations, and administrative tasks
Job Requirements
Able to commit for a period of 6 months (Jan 2026 to May/June 2026) Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to tone, clarity, and detail Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure and tight deadlines Strong command of English, both spoken and written Resourceful, positive thinker and problem solver with a willingness to learn Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Bubbly personality with a can-do attitude — someone who brings good energy to the team
