Job Summary Support project management and lead site supervision activities for bored piling works to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of projects. Responsibilities Develop and execute detailed project schedules and coordinate project activities to meet milestones and deliverables Lead site supervision for bored piling works, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards Assist the project manager by providing technical input and progress updates to support effective project delivery Formulate and implement quality control programs to maintain high standards Draft method statements and other technical documentation to guide construction processes and ensure regulatory compliance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve site issues and optimize project outcomes Demonstrate specialist piling expertise by acting as Technical Personnel in SB(PW) to oversee technical aspects of piling works Maintain readiness and flexibility to work on Saturdays as required to support project schedules Required competencies and certifications Specialist piling work experience sufficient to act as Technical Personnel in SB(PW) Preferred competencies and qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in piling or civil engineering projects Willing to work on Saturdays
