Job Scope: Attend to walk-in customers and assist with enquiries Recommend suitable sarees, outfits, jewellery, and gift sets to customers Assist customers with sizing, styling, and matching of outfits Handle cashiering duties and payment collection Pack purchases, gift boxes, and online orders neatly Arrange and replenish stock on display shelves and racks Ensure the boutique is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times Steam, fold, and prepare clothing items before display or collection Reply to simple customer enquiries on WhatsApp and Instagram Assist during Instagram Live sales and promotional campaigns Take simple photos and videos for social media content if required Help with stock checking and inventory organisation Assist during festive periods, pop-up events, and special promotions Support opening and closing of the shop Ideal candidate: Friendly and customer-oriented Interested in fashion, sarees, and styling Comfortable speaking to customers Basic social media knowledge is a plus Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently Able to work weekends and festive periods when needed
