Customer Service Executive (Automotive Industry), Singapore

o Attend to Sellers' requirements, enquiries and feedback on our products and services o Guide Sellers through the sales process o Manage appointment booking, registration and resolve ad hoc issues at the front desk and backroom operations o Liaise with Sellers and Buyers for payments, documentation and follow-up o Web posting of Sellers' vehicles o Execution of handover and collection processes o Perform various Land Transport Authority (LTA) transactions o Handle documentation, business reports and other administrative duties o Support all aspects of business operations / customer service
