Responsibilities: Develop new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing client accounts, with a focus on a 60:40 hunting-to-farming mix Identify, approach, and onboard potential new clients to expand market presence Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships Negotiate commercial terms, conditions, and pricing with clients Travel within the Southeast Asia region to attend meetings and engage with clients Liaise closely with the manufacturer's R&D team to align technical requirements and client needs Participate in exhibitions and trade shows to support marketing and brand awareness initiatives Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum 1 year of sales experience
in
electronic components or a related industry Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders Willingness to travel overseas for business trips (approximately 1-2 times per month) Proficiency in Mandarin language is an added advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders
