We provide holistic therapeutic intervention and assessment for children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds. Job Summary You will manage customer inquiries, support therapy team scheduling, perform administrative duties, handle payments, and attend to calls and walk-in customers in a fast-paced clinic environment. Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries about clinic services to ensure clear communication and support Schedule client appointments efficiently to support therapy team operations Perform general administrative tasks including following up on emails and phone calls to maintain smooth clinic workflow Process payments accurately using NETS and credit card machines to ensure proper transaction handling Manage all incoming and outgoing calls to facilitate effective communication Attend to walk-in customers' inquiries to provide timely assistance and information Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma in any discipline Experience in frontline customer service to enhance client interaction quality Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word and Excel) to support administrative duties Good written and spoken English skills for clear communication Strong customer service and office administration skills, including comfort with technology and computers Other Information Work schedule: 5 days per week, including one Saturday Salary commensurate with experience
