Production Superintendent, Singapore

Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a group of operators/leaders to ensure smooth operation Achieve daily production schedule with minimum yield loss Initiate manpower deployment if there is need to reshuffle. Enforce discipline and safety on the shop floor Prioritization of models' base on the urgent needs' basis Promote Safety awareness Requirements: 1. Diploma in Engineering with minimum 2years' supervisory experience in manufacturing environment 2. Good interpersonal, team-building and supervisory skill 3. Good communication, and report-writing skill 4. Proactive and process good problem-solving skill
