Job Description: We are seeking an experienced
Chef specializing in Greek cuisine
to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting authentic Greek dishes in accordance with company standards and food safety regulations. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a wide range of traditional and modern Greek dishes. Ensure all food preparation and presentation meet quality and hygiene standards. Plan and develop menus featuring Greek and Mediterranean dishes. Supervise kitchen staff and manage daily kitchen operations. Monitor inventory, food costs, and minimize wastage. Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience as a Chef specializing in Greek cuisine. Good knowledge of Greek ingredients, cooking techniques, and traditional recipes. Possess relevant culinary certificate or equivalent qualification preferred. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays. Working Hours:
6 days/week
Salary Range:
SGD 3,000 - 4,600 per month, depending on experience
