M&E Commissioning Manager (Construction), Singapore

The M&E Commissioning Manager (Construction) is responsible for the strategic planning and delivery of the testing and commissioning of M&E Systems and Services as per contractual requirements.
Job Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a smooth transition from commissioning to operations (going live) including ensuring the requirements and schedules are incorporated into all construction contracts and construction costs. Create and review Commissioning Plan and implement Data Centra Level 1 to Level 5 commissioning procedures in effective and efficient manner. Incorporate commissioning activities (durations and logic) into master project schedule with the collaborate with vendor commissioning personnel. Furnish copy of all material / information required by the Commissioning Agent including those provided by Services Contractor / Specialist Vendors for forwarding to the client as form of reporting, e.g., current and lookahead Commissioning activities, commissioning issues status inclusive of closed and new issues, construction and commissioning related health and safety observations and recommendations, etc. Maintain a detailed schedule during the construction phase. Provide an updated and accurate commissioning filter of the schedule at each Commissioning meeting. Develop comprehensive and project specific flushing and cleaning of various piping systems in coordination with the Commissioning Agent.
Job Requirements Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline 8 years+ of relevant testing and commission of M&E systems and services experience, preferably in data centers, commercial project, construction capital projects strategy and supply chain. Certified Data Center Professional with Project Management certification preferred. Independent decision-maker, problem solver who takes communicates their own ownership and accountability. Strong stakeholder management. Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
