Proven experience as a bartender, with leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively Strong organizational and time management abilities Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent) Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly
