We're partnering with a leading global insurer to hire a
Claims Adjuster
to join their Asia Pacific team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a structured, data-driven claims environment while collaborating closely with underwriting and regional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day claims operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance Set up and manage claims files within internal systems Prepare and circulate regular and ad-hoc claims reports Review claims files and process claims bordereaux/statements Maintain and analyse centralised claims data to support decision-making Work closely with underwriters to provide timely claims updates and insights Ensure a clear understanding and adherence to internal policies in terms of Delegated Authority, Regulatory requirements, and Financial Crime standards Support fair and commercially sound claims outcomes
Requirements: Min. 3 years relevant experience within insurance or reinsurance companies Hands-on experience handling commercial claims in areas such as Property/Engineering/Reinsurance (Non-Marine). Strong attention to detail with aptitude to review and analyse data.
