Project Supervisor (Plumbing & Sanitary), Singapore

Job Description & Requirements: Assist Project Engineers in supervising and coordinating site works related to plumbing and sanitary systems. Monitor daily site activities to ensure work progresses according to schedule and standards. Carry out site inspections to ensure workmanship and installation meet quality expectations. Support in preparing material take-offs and coordinating with store personnel for material issuance. Ensure proper usage, storage, and handling of materials and tools to reduce waste. Relay and implement work instructions issued by Project Engineers and Project Managers. Brief workers on daily work tasks, safety procedures, and ensure use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Ensure that all workers comply with safety rules and site regulations at all times. Prepare basic daily work reports and submit progress updates to the Project Engineer. Assist in resolving site-level coordination or manpower issues as instructed. Qualifications: Technical or vocational certificate/diploma in Mechanical, Building Services, Plumbing, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in plumbing, sanitary, or general construction works. Able to read basic construction and isometric drawings. Familiar with common plumbing materials, tools, and on-site practices. Basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures and construction site protocols. Preferred Attributes: Responsible and proactive team player with a hands-on attitude. Able to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision. Physically fit and able to work outdoors in a construction environment. Good communication skills and able to coordinate with site workers effectively. Strong sense of discipline, punctuality, and attention to work details.
