Job Responsibilities Provide friendly assistance and support to customers visiting the showroom Recommend suitable lighting, bathroom, and home fixture products based on customer preferences Explain product features and usage clearly to customers Assist with quotations and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner Support daily showroom operations, including product display and housekeeping Coordinate with team members on stock availability and delivery arrangements Contribute to achieving overall sales and service goals
Job Requirements Good communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Candidates with retail or customer service experience are welcome to apply Interest or familiarity in lighting, bathroom, or home-related products will be an advantage Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays Comfortable working in a team-based retail environment Working Hours 6 days work week (Retail hours - 10:30am - 8:30pm) Off day on weekday
