Job Description
Responsibilities: Act as the primary procurement partner to division leadership across Asia, providing visibility on supplier performance, spend, and risk. Coordinate and resolve cross-divisional supplier issues, including emergencies and critical supply disruptions. Ensure alignment of procurement activities with S&OP, proactively managing raw material shortages and mitigation plans. Support cost savings initiatives and optimize site-level purchasing in alignment with global category strategies. Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to improve inventory management and service levels. Provide strategic input into category management, ensuring supplier continuity and effective sourcing strategies. Develop and coach regional procurement talent, strengthening capabilities and driving alignment with global procurement practices. Requirements: Degree in Engineering / Business At least 8 years of experience in Procurement/Sourcing Strong Stakeholder Management
