Finance Executive / Senior Finance Executive (Full Set …, Singapore

Key Responsibilities
Full Set Accounting & Reporting Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Prepare supporting schedules, management reports, and financial summaries for review Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies Daily Finance Operations Process and verify financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner Monitor outstanding receivables and payables, and follow up where necessary Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records Support audit and tax-related information requests Compliance & Reporting Support Assist in GST reporting, statutory filings, and audit coordination Work closely with external auditors and tax agents during audit cycles Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Process Improvement & Support Support continuous improvement of finance processes and internal controls Assist in implementing system or workflow enhancements where required Provide support to finance team in ad-hoc projects and reporting tasks
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting / finance roles Strong experience handling full set of accounts is required Good understanding of basic accounting principles and Singapore regulatory requirements is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems/ERP Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently Good team player with strong communication skills
