Logistics Coordinator, Singapore

Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Logistics Coordinator. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating transportation, inventory movement, and delivery operations to ensure efficient supply chain and logistics processes. Key responsibilities include monitoring shipments, preparing logistics documentation, coordinating with suppliers and transportation providers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and materials. The role also involves tracking inventory levels, resolving delivery or transportation issues, maintaining accurate operational records, and supporting warehouse and distribution activities. The Logistics Coordinator will collaborate with internal departments and external partners to improve logistics efficiency, maintain operational standards, and support smooth day-to-day supply chain operations. Qualifications • Knowledge of logistics operations, transportation coordination, and supply chain processes • Familiarity with shipment tracking, inventory management, and distribution procedures • Strong understanding of logistics documentation, order processing, and delivery coordination • Ability to monitor shipments, resolve operational issues, and support process improvements • Proficiency in preparing logistics reports, maintaining records, and managing documentation accurately • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and coordination abilities • Ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers, warehouse teams, transportation providers, and cross-functional departments • Familiarity with logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications • Knowledge of operational compliance standards and logistics procedures • Ability to manage multiple logistics tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field • Professional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are an advantage • Strong reporting, coordination, and documentation skills
