Procurement Manager (Aerospace Manufacturing), Singapore

The Client is a global aerospace company.
Responsibilities: Lead procurement operations, guiding the team and managing supplier relationships to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets. Drive key KPIs, execute sourcing strategies, and lead supplier selection, development, and consolidation initiatives. Oversee end-to-end purchasing activities, including negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to qualify new suppliers and support continuous improvement, while coaching the team on best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field supply chain certifications are a plus. 5-10 years of procurement or supply chain experience in aerospace manufacturing environment. Proven leadership experience with strong commercial and negotiation skills. Good understanding of production, inventory, and materials management. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
