Part-Time Barista, Singapore

We are looking for a passionate & motivated individual to join the KLARRA family. As a Barista at KLARRA Cafe, you will embody our commitment to crafting exceptional coffee experiences. Nestled in a cozy corner of our retail space, our newly launched café concept harmoniously blends the inviting aroma of our specialty coffee with an engaging and welcoming shopping environment. You will serve as a key representative of our brand's offline experience, focusing on delivering excellent customer service that delights and inspires.
Key Responsibilities Welcome customers warmly and provide thoughtful, informed recommendations Prepare and serve our specialty coffee and beverages to consistently high standards Warm and serve pastries and light refreshments Operate the POS system accurately for orders and payments Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the café and workstation Perform daily opening and closing duties, including clearing, cleaning, and restocking Ensure regular care and maintenance of coffee equipment, including calibration and cleaning Monitor and manage stock levels, including inventory checks, restocking, and receiving deliveries Work collaboratively with the team to maintain smooth café operations Support special projects and café-related tasks as needed What We're Looking For Warm, sincere, and professional with a positive attitude Passionate about coffee and creating meaningful customer interactions Enjoys engaging with people and thrives in a hospitality environment Independent, detail-oriented, and efficient in fast-paced settings A proactive team player with strong communication skills Eager to learn and grow with a willingness to develop barista and service skills further Minimum 1 year of barista experience preferred (training provided) but not a requirement Possess a valid Food Hygiene certificate Able to commit to a minimum of 3 days per week, including at least one weekend day
