Admin cum Retail Executive, Singapore

Prepare and submit the daily sales breakdown, including payment modes, to the Finance Department Update customer and wholesale delivery details in the delivery schedule template and notify the delivery contractor Process daily stock transfer requests Issue Goods Received Notes and handle documentation for overseas perishable shipments Perform weekly stock adjustments and review unposted items Print price tags and update the PLU master (for weighted items) for new products or price revisions Compile shipment information for marine cargo insurance declarations and submit to Finance on a monthly basis Manage procurement of stationery, farm boxes, plastic bags, and other miscellaneous supplies Greet customers in a courteous manner to ensure they have positive customer experience Gain product knowledge so as to promote sales and able to assist customers Operating the POS cash register, handle various types of payments and packing for customer purchases Maintain the inventory of the Retail section by ensuring stocks are never depleted, orders are on time, deliveries are thoroughly checked and report stock damages and discrepancies to Manager in charge immediately Stacking, display, replenish products on shelves, monitor the expiry dates and shelf lives of products Maintain neat and systematic storing of products and perform daily housekeeping Practice good hygiene standards in housekeeping and comply with workplace safety requirements Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment to carry out any other duties when required by superior. Requirements:
Singaporean with at least a GCE 'O' level certificate or Nitec in Retail Services Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays Benefits & Perks:
