What You'll Do As our Chef de Partie, you'll take charge of a designated kitchen station - supporting preparation of healthier-focused dishes rather than heavy cooking. You'll work closely with the head chef, follow recipes precisely, and help maintain our high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.
