Job Description
Manage daily factory operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products. Implement and monitor production plans to meet organisational goals and customer requirements. Oversee quality control processes to maintain high product standards. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the factory. Monitor and manage factory budgets, costs, and resources effectively. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for operational efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or construction materials environment, with direct involvement in plant operations and minimum 2 years in a supervisory role. Hands-on experience managing daily production activities, including manpower planning, shift coordination, and output tracking. Good working knowledge of construction materials and production processes. Familiar with Singapore Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements and able to enforce compliance on the factory. Experience working with maintenance teams to manage breakdowns and improve equipment reliability. Able to troubleshoot operational issues and implement practical corrective actions.
